How Tumble & Dry Works:
Step 1: Schedule a pickup.
Log in to select the most convenient pickup date, time, and address for you. First-timer? It’s easy, start by creating your account.
Step 2: Fill your bag.
Place dirty clothes in your uniquely assigned T&D bag. Leave the bag outside your door at the scheduled time. You will be notified via text the moment we pick it up.
*New to us and no T&D bag, yet? No worries! Place your items in a trash bag and attach/affix a piece of paper labeled "For T&D." We will return your clothes in a custom laundry bag - so your clothes are protected in style.
Step 3: Voila!
Our trusted laundry experts will deliver clean, pristine, and folded clothes to you within 24-48 hours. You will receive another text notification when your laundry is delivered. Meanwhile, you can relax and feel free to take a load off. Let us know how we did by rating your experience.
